If you are suffereing from anxiety you could be feeling stress, panic or worry - just more intensely and for longer periods than others, these feelings would be extreme and hard to control, which could include being agitated, restless, shortness of breath, heart-palpitations, panic attacks, feel dizzy or having trouble concentrating.


Most people can feel depressed at different times in their lives, it can be a normal part of life that can ease as a situation eases. However, for some, the depression sticks no matter how life shifts. Intense feelings of sadness, of being helpless, worthless or hopeless continue and you may feel stuck in these feelings, like you are under a dark cloud. Counselling can help, it helps to talk through these feelings and feel like you have a life-line.
